Places
One page per named Forest Service, Park Service and wildlife-refuge unit Outcrop could place in the seven states whose law it has researched. Each states the land owner, the rock and the collecting rule at one point inside the unit, with its sources and date.
State parks are not listed: Outcrop's land layer knows federal parcels only, so it cannot tell a state park from private ground, and it will not guess.

- Land status and place names: BLM Surface Management Agency layer (US government data).

- Rules: Outcrop's own table, each line with the law it cites, checked against statute and the CFR on 2026-09-07.
